They fixed the problem. You suppose to except a lot for plumbing, but its a little bit for what they did. It was minimal. Probably some plumber's putty. I wasn't there. I got a text from my tenant, and they were here and did the job. It was a seamlessly job. I was a little embarrassed. I don't remember what all they did. If needed, yes. They are close by.

I don’t change because I am used to them and they are very responsive, They do a lot of work for me and  I really like them.

Called to have an estimate for an outside faucet and the shower faucet repaired in the master bathroom. Was given a quote for the outside faucet and a 300.00 quote for the shower. I had Danny do the work on the outside faucet and chose to wait  until the inside faucet got worse. I was told the stem for the shower was a special part  and they would have to drive to Dallas to pick up the part.  Danny told me I could save the cost of him driving to Dallas if I called ahead and had the part ordered and waited for it to come in. I waited till the faucet got to a point where it was almost too hard to turn and   I called ahead and waited almost 2 weeks. Dorothy called and told me they had the part and wanted to set up a time to come and replace it. We agreed on a day and a window of time that would be good. Steve called that day  and asked if he could come within the next 5 to 10 minutes. He completed the job within 20 to 30 minutes and asked if I needed anything else. After I told him no he wrote up the bill and to my surprise it was almost 300.00. I call the office to find out why it was so much and was told she would have to look into it. While I waited I researched the part on line and found it would cost 49.95 at a plumbing wholesaler. This is the same part I was charged 140.00. The young lady on the phone told me that they get their parts from a specific wholesale place in Dallas and the part cost them 70.00. They charge a 40% mark up on parts so my cost would be 108.00. Had I known there was going to be such a large mark up, I would have ordered the part myself and called  to have someone come and put it on. They have done work for me in the past and I was satisfied but no more!!!!!!!!! I find it hard to believe I can get a part cheaper than the plumber can!! too expensive!

Excellent service from beginning to end.

He is very neat and makes sure that everything was put back the way it was. Everything was sparkling when he finished. He was punctual. My husband called in on Wednesday and they gave him a Thursday appointment. They dropped the ball and didn't show up because of a medical emergency, so I called them at the end of the schedule time and they then scheduled to come out the next day.

They came right out, but didn't call ahead. Charged for travel from McKinney to Frisco, left to go get the heater, came back and took forever getting it installed - charged me for 4.5 hours @ $125 per hour plus parts and warranty!!

Just fine! All the under-floor pipes were checked, and found to be in tact. As it turned out, the smell was a dead rat, which the plumber generously offered to remove for us. (I'm sure many other companies would not go above and beyond like this.) Since he was already at the house anyway, we asked him to repair a jammed drain plug on a sink. The repair was performed quickly and completely. We've never had less than top-notch service from this company, which we've been using for years now. Their plumber, Adam, is not only slight enough to fit under our house, but has always been positive, professional, and resourceful in offering prognostic and alternative suggestions for the odd plumbing situations that arise with old houses. Reasonably priced and professional.

I explained to Gary that the plumbing budget was tight. During the course of the remodel, the AC failed and unfortunately I had to cancel a water heater I had originally planned to replace. On review of what I thought was the final invoice, I found it was full of frivolous charges that appeared to have been constructed so that almost to the dollar, it was of an equal value to the cancelled water heater. During their part of the project, they seemed to come and go as they pleased and left a mess that I invariably had to clean. They tore down some minor framing they had previously Okayed me to install and also forgot to cap one of the lines causing some minor flooding damage that, once again, I had to repair itat my own time and expense. After the successful completion of an extensive renovation and remodel, I have consulted with more than a dozen contractors and feel well qualified to evaluate GQP?s performance fairly. Simply, it was mediocre and moreover I feel dishonest and deceptive.
