We recently had the pleasure of working with Byron from Fresh Home Repair and Design for a remodel in our kids bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The company was clean, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. Byron was incredibly helpful and thorough, always making sure to keep us informed and comfortable with the progress. I was very happy with his honesty, he never pushed to extend the work beyond what was necessary and ensured that everything was finished right on time. Byron and his crew did an incredible job on our major home renovation and we highly recommend them for any contracting work you have. They did high quality work, completed it quickly and on schedule, and Byron identified cost-saving alternatives. Communication was excellent and he stayed on top of everything going on. His team is exceptional and Luis, his crew leader, is amazing! Theyâ re all very skilled and friendly with great customer service. Byron completely renovated all three of my bathrooms, he sourced a cabinet maker to build custom cabinets and found an excellent stone yard for my quartz counters. Byron communicated well during the entire process and kept me in the loop on what was happening, he walked the job site at the end of almost every day and made sure that the quality of work was up to his high standard. His team is all very polite and professional, and their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Great services! We had our whole house (all walls and ceilings) sanded, re-surfaced, and painted. Excellent work. They were also able to install our Level 2 charger and GFCIs, and rebuild our retaining wall when it fell suddenly in a storm. Highly recommend!

The fence gates are falling down, cracked wood where it was nailed, post not cemented. Looked great for a year now I am spending more money to repair it.

Work was performed in less time than expected. Quality was great. They even went above and beyond and did a few things that were not on our list!

Great work timely very dependable

This was a great experience, compared to a prior water damage repair. This company, Byron and his crew listened and gave great options and worked with me all the way through the process. The work done was a big undertaking and they made it easier. I work at home and they did all of these repairs with minimal disruption. I would definitely refer Posadas to anyone looking for repairs needed on their investment a home is an investment. I looked and reviewed several companies and I felt comfortable talking with Byron right away, a connection that felt right. Byron and his crew know what they are doing and they do it professionally and complete the work as quickly as possible. This is a tough process trying to locate honest contractors. I hope this makes it easier for you and your decision making process.

When we discovered the leak, it was so disheartening. I hesitated; where to begin? Thank goodness for Angieâ s List and Posadas REO Mgmt. Byron gave a prompt and reasonable estimate with helpful suggestions for us to submit to the homeowners insurance company. The repair was done with proficiency and skill. We are very satisfied with the efficiency and attention to detail as the improvement was made. I am a contract worker and work from home . So the speed, pleasantness, and unobtrusive manner of Byronâ s crew was especially appreciated. And we love the fresh, clean brightness the work has brought to our galley kitchen.

We hired Byron Posada as a contractor to reconstruct our indoor fireplace in stone plus regrout our kitchen, laundry room and master shower. His guys also replaced a door frame on my side entry to my garage as well as repair some broken brick work around our landscape. Byron was great to work with. He made sure everything that was done was done to my expectations. And for a fair price. Recommend him highly.

From the management to the team executing our projects - everyone was professional and completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Posadas demonstrated that special ability to pay attention to details and finish the job right.

Byron quoted my job at one price and when asked to break it down for each neighbor, he sent no less than 10 new quotes. Details and money kept changing. After removing one side, tried to charge me another 810.00, even though my job stated what I wanted. Told me we needed to wait two weeks to stain. That was fine. Invoiced me before stain and when I would not pay, he said he was going to stain the next day. Tried to charge me 800.00 when he wanted to stain due to my being out of town. No showed me twice when scheduled to stain. Once he said they were coming to stain, I told him there were places that needed to be fixed. When he showed up, he tried to tell me the problems were because I kept my old metal poles and they were too weak to hold a board on board with a top cap. IF this were a concern, this should have been discussed during the quote. Byron decided to not finish the job without more money added to the quote. I had to have someone else come and repair and finish the fence. The quality of his workmanship was sub-par at best. To have the fence repaired, gates replaced and stained cost me 426.11 more than the balance I would have paid him. My gates would not have lasted maybe a year. Seams were not on poles for kick plate and top cap. Only one 2x4 was used for bracing. 2x4 is not the same level on the fence all the way around. The board on board was not spaced evenly. I was able to see through to the neighbor's yard. Areas were not attached with the nails. I could go on and on.

They showed great interest in doing the job the way I wanted it. They arrived on time, were very professional and finished on schedule.

Every request and need was met to the fulliest exception they were on time everday their craftmanship is outstanding A"5 STAR" looking forward to completing my house.
