Custom picture framing is just the beginning at Framing MemorEze. Carol, a familiar face in Plano custom framing with over 10 years of experience, uses a wide variety of mats and framing material to turn your graduation diplomas and degrees, sports pictures/jerseys, needle work/cross stitch, photographs, art work, family memorabilia, and even mirrors into customized framed art! Carol extends these custom framing capabilities to the commercial realm by assisting small and large businesses & corporations in decorating their office walls, framing awards and training certificates, and adding that special touch to framed memorabilia recognizing the years of service of those who are retiring. Carol personally completes or oversees all framing work. All framing work is completed on premise with state of the art equipment including a double miter saw, joiner, computerized mat cutter, heat/vacuum press and precision glass cutter. Framing is completed in less than two weeks with most framing done within one week. Additional care is also taken with the materials used on your framed work including acid free matting and foam core as well as conservation glass. I have used this company 3 times to stretch, mount, and frame needlework. Each piece was fairly difficult to stretch because of lines that needed to be straightened and lined up accurately - not an easy thing to do well with needlework samplers - any small mistep is extremely visible.. In each case, Carol did an excellent job from start to finish with the stretching and mounting. She also has an extensive selection of frame choices that fit into a variety of price ranges and even more important her advice in choosing a frame to compliment the piece was excellent, and I have no hesitation in askng and taking her recommendations. Her work is also prompt, and she has always delivered the finished piece when promised. Given the quality of her work, at a very reasonable cost, I would never struggle to stretch and mount my own needlework again. .
