Four Seasons Lawn Care

We hired Four Season Lawn Care in the very hot month of August, 2018, and they did an excellent job with designing and installing new landscape in our front and back yards, as well as installing new sprinklers and water lines to make sure the new flower beds did not dry up. They also installed new grass in our front yard, as well as a fountain in one of our new backyard flower beds. From the design services to the installations, they provided excellent service. It's now October, and our beds and grass are thriving and look fantastic, and we are enjoying our front and back yards. We liked them so much that we hired them for monthly lawn service, which is excellent. I would recommend them for any type of landscaping work.

Hired to re-sod front lawn. Also fixed sprinkler system. Did exactly what we asked, came in as low bid (easily by half), everything looks great.

The company cut down two 20 + Foot high and 20 year old Shrubs which were privacy hedges and a Red Bud Tree which had been there for over 20 years. After I complained, they took no responsibility and left in the truck they came in and no other resolve was offered. They were there to clean up the lot of leaf debris, mow, edge, plant and trim. There was not any mention of cutting down trees or cutting down shrubs. It is my impression that the employees were new and had no training in landscaping or no direction as to the job or tools which should have been used even though I told they to use hand clippers to trim shrubs vertically 8 inches from the fence, instead they used machetes and cut then horizontally four feet from the ground. I now have no privacy hedge and no shrubs and no established Red Bud Tree. I had been given a quote of about $450.00 which was their minimum for lot cleaning and mowing and edging. I thought this was a ridiculous price for mowing and edging and trimming and planting 8 one gallon plants. I did agree to this price. The actual price to replace the 20+ high shrubs is over $400.00 each and the Red Bud Tree is $400.00. I have damages of over $1,200.00 as a result of my morning with Four Seasons Lawn Care.

I am on a monthly contract with them. They are pricey! Sometimes they are not as quick as they could be. The workers are easy to communicated. Usually there is one person that speaks English well & the rest don’t. I have been using them for 2 years.

They did a very good job. They were very professional and the owner is very good at answering calls. His crew members are well trained and amazing. They get the work done in a short period of time and I would highly recommend them.

My outdoor courtyard space is the favorite "room" in my house.....Seth Fox and the entire Four Seasons crew were professional, hard working and thorough from planning the entire space to the install of soil/ irrigation/ plants and lighting.  Whenever there was a small hiccup in the project (no fault of their own), they were persistent  and courteous until resolved. 

As I have always believed, "the true sign of a capable and top tier firm is not that there are never any issues.....it's how they react and handle the issues which do arise."  I highly recommend Four Seasons Lawn Care for any landscaping project.   Although the "big project' is now in our rear view mirror, Seth and Four seasons remain available to answer and questions I may have.  

The final outcome is a space where I can relax, enjoy and entertain in a green lush haven of flowering plants.   I know I will continue to rely on them for my maintenance ....hoping to keep my new room is lovely as it was the day they finished.

Seth provided detailed plans of all the work including pictures of all the new plants since I am not so good with plant names. I knew exactly what was going in and where. He was very understanding of the need for dog friendly planting the the back and so far everything is holding up to our 4 dogs. The crew that did the installation worked so hard! We never would have gotten the flagstone patio done ourselves. The were not the least expensive company that I spoke with, but there were the most detailed and I appreciate that.

Service started out okay with the drip line installation. However Zoysia sod installation was another story. Sod delivery and installation supposed to be at 1pm. However, the grass didnt get delivered until 5pm and there were a lot of bad pieces due to heat stress. It was getting late so their crew had to makea very quick installation which ended up such bad quality. After7 months, my zoysia lawn is still thriving. The seams between pieces are no closing up. The sprinkler heads were moved during the installation process which had caused uneven water coverage distribution. We had to manually watered the new sod in additional with the sprinkler system. We had contacted them several times and requested for the sprinkler heads returned to their original location but they wanted to charge us additional for their mistake. Payment was made for total landscaping materials but only 85% got delivered.

They did a really good job. They cut my yard many years ago before I had some landscaping done. I needed somebody to cut it while I was out of town for an extended period. It was fine. In fact I need to talk to them because they never charge me for it. I am so happy with them. They come once a week and on Wednesday if the weather is good. They seem to be very reliable. There are no complaints about them in the neighborhood that I am aware of. Their price is very reasonable.

Seth came out for the estimate and was very knowledgeable. He had great suggestions and was able to see our vision for what we wanted. We just bought the house that had extensive landscaping, but it needed work. He put together a plan and also set us up on a maintenance schedule for year round support.
Seth has been great, answering all of our questions, and we will continue to use them. I could not recommend them more.
