It was fine.  They were very prompt and knowledgeable.  My husband was pleased with their work.

They were late. They were supposed to be here between 1-4 pm and they got here at 6 pm. They did an efficient job once they got here. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was reasonable. They were very professional once they got here. It was just getting them here. If I had all day and didn't have to take off work, I would probably use them again.

Showed up on time and completed work more quickly that estimated. Couldn't have gone better.

The service was fine. I didn't compare prices but thee price seemed reasonable. They came when they said they would.

The Finley's came by and provided an estimate for the work. They were unable to complete it that day because of an impending rainstorm. About two weeks later, they scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time. The work was completed in a short period of time. Twelve bricks were repointed and two broken bricks (at foundation line) were repaired. When the work was complete, the grout matched my brick so well that I almost can't tell where the bricks were repaired.

After I called to set up the appointment, after moving in, they came as soon as they were free. They protected the living room from dirt, and they proceeded to work steadily. One man went up on the roof to fix the mortar collar on the chimney and the other cleared out a lot of construction debris from the interior of the chimney. They also fixed the gas starter and showed me how to operate it. They swept the chimney and they left. I don't know if their fee is normal (I've just moved to TX), but they were both here for almost 2 hours and it seems fair to me. I liked their professionalism and they inspire confidence.
