Fido's Finest Dog Training

We hired Cassandra, one of the owners to train our new puppy. The overall result was lousy as our puppy came home having learned only about 3 commands. We were asked to provide top line items that we needed our puppy to be trained on and paid more than $1,500+. Our puppy still barks insatiably at people merely walking outside at all times of the day. He also came home with some aggressive tendencies and has had altercations with our other 2 dogs at home. Back when our 1st dog was a puppy we took him to get training and the services 7 years ago were excellent. This was precisely why we trusted Fido's Finest and Cassandra to help with our puppy this time around. We are sadly disappointed with the results!

After two weeks of training our puppy was much calmer at home,  He was jumping much less, biting less and obeying more.  His commands are much stronger and he learned more while with Sasha.  She did a great job of not only taking care of him during the two weeks of training but for starting the process of getting our puppy to being more obendient and calmer.  He offically can walk on a loose leash which is a huge help.  We will definitely use Fido's Finest again.

He has been acting so much better. i also have more patience with him. just based off of some of her suggestions i have been able to expand my thinking and come up with my own training tools for him. a

Cassandra was running a little late, but called ahead to let me know and ask if that was okay. It was totally fine by me and well worth the wait! I explained the problems with my dog Dervish who has severe separation anxiety (he goes crazy when I gone) and is a marker. We reviewed in depth what I can do to train him to go outside.
She gave me pointers like having him go in the same place, ring a bell, reward him with treat. We also covered his separation anxiety. She recommended giving him soemthing of high value - like a bulli stick - while I am gone. She said to start with a minute and build from there so he can learn the routine and feel more comfortable. Her pointers were excellent and have made a real difference. I definitely recommend Cassandra and Fido's Finest!!!

Cassandra has been really helpful with tips and training of my new puppy. Prior to training, he was very skittish and often bolted out the front door. I was frequently chasing him down the street and this has completley stopped. He is also less fearful and is crate trained now.

Cassandra was just fantastic - really passionate about the job, and my Gracie loved working with her. Her techniques and commands were effective, all commands were well documented, and she took the time to make sure everything was covered before the last session. Private lessons at home are pricey, so I bought a 10 pack - definitely the way to go, saves a lot and ensures availability. A few of the sessions were dedicated to training me, giving me the commands and practicing to make sure nothing was lost. Cassandra was never late to a single lesson and was very professional. I would recommend Fido's without hesitation.

Each training session went very well. Cassandra was very patient with Beau and us (two retired professionals) as well. We scheduled each session in our home which was really convenient. Each session would be something new with some review of the previous weeks training. Between each Monday session my wife and I would practice what Cassandra would teach us to practice with. All of the training is and quot;positive trainingand quot; using praise and treats. I highly recommend Fido’s Finest Dog Training to anyone looking for great results in a timely manner. I understand Cassandra covers north of Dallas (we live in north McKinney) and her associate covers the Dallas area. We started out with a single session to see how thing went. After that, we were convinced we found the right person and signed up for a five week session package. There were one week we could not meet because we were out of town but Cassandra was very flexible with rescheduling for those situations.

Cassandra was always on time. Very professional.. and knew what she was doing. She uses positive reinforcement and is very firm with the dog - but has a heart of gold. She used clear communication and commands.
