I got them as a recommendation from my plumber. I was at work when they showed up and started to work. I had not even talked to them yet but based on the recommendation, I let it go. My walkway is washed rock so after they set everything up, they poured..........then they informed me that they would leave to do another job but come back to rinse of the top layer to expose the rock. I was nervous about this but not knowing anything about it, I let it go. So, the left.
When it was dusk, they came back to finish but the darkness made it hard to see. They took their money and left. The next morning, I got up and it looked awful!!! The edges looked like the had not been rinsed off. I tried to contact him but nothing. Finally, after the weekend. They responded.
He came out and tried to acid wash but it was too late and it set up. I told him that they had not finished rinsing it but he said they had. I produced pictures that I took immediately when they were finished. They looked and mumbled something then said they will need to wait then try and scrub the top off.
A week later, they did my neighbors and it looks like what I paid for!! He told them that it was my fault the concrete was messed up............how?!?
I have sent several letters that have been refused as well as several phone calls.
Their work has lowered the value of my house because the walkway now looks like my pre-teen daughters did it.
I would not ever use them.
