We can customize a maintenance program to fit your budget that includes window cleaning, outside grill cleaning or polishing silver. Our entire uniformed staff is trained, committed and focused on serving your needs. Reporting and changing out malfunctioning light bulbs and equipment to the appropriate personnel is part of our training. We are sensitive to building security and access procedures. Pet Care Do you get stuck at the office until late in the evening and feel guilty your furry kids haven't had dinner yet? Have you recently added a new puppy to your family or own a senior pet that might not be able to wait until you get home to go outside? Does your pet need medication at times of the day you are not available to administer it? We provide a preferred pet care alternative for pet owners, thus enabling them to travel with the assurance that their pets and home are in good hands. Midday dog walks for exercise, potty breaks, and companionship. Vacation visits: 1 to 3 visits per day. Pet taxi to vet, groomer, boarding facilities. Full litter box change with sanitation. Overnight visits.

Trying to obtain confirmation of cleaning dates is near impossible, let along having confidence that they will actually come by. Communication between cleaning crew and the client is nonexistent. The company's owner is a very nice woman, but demonstrates inability to translate client requests to the actual cleaning crew, with repeated explanations of "I forgot"... The only sense of urgency I've ever witnessed from her is when our house alarm is going off and she is trying to get the alarm code. While she is always apologetic for mistakes, ZERO compensation is ever offered as a result of their inefficiencies (ie. - discounted cleanings, recommendations to improve process in future, etc).
We have stuck with them for the past 4 years strictly because of cost, but I am now learning that others out there offer comparable pricing and have received rave reviews.
I used to clean houses for a living and I can't believe that i was satisfied with their work!!! lol! Those ladies really took pride in what they did and the floors were soooo very clean. I would walk around the house and keep looking at the bottoms of my feet to make sure they were still clean.
