Not well. The first visit they were over 45 minutes late and they called 5 minutes before the appointment to tell me. They were upset that the door they were going to use for the blower test was too small, they no longer do half of what was listed (they should update their literature then), they left messes and half used insulation around my house, and they left tools in the bathroom. The worst part is, they randomly show up on my doorstep as I am literally half dressed and trying to get out of the house. No one called to set up the appointment. Here's the kicker, it's free and backed by a Government Grant, so what can you do? To those out there considering, don't. It wastes your entire morning or afternoon, you can't tell what they did, even for free, it's not worth it.
