The price we were quoted was competitive with other stores in the area. We made an appointment to install the grill, but it took two separate days to complete. On the day of the appointment, the technician removed the old in-ground post grill. On another day, the new in-ground post grill was installed. The installer did not bring the cover that we had ordered with the grill. We had to go to the store later to pick it up. However, the installation was done well. The installer tested the grill to make sure everything was working and answered questions.
