Operator did not know what he was doing and did not recognize features that he videoed. Elite guy then quoted me a price of about $15,000 to fix the problem.  I hired another 'professional' plumber to do the camera video job correctly and that plumber properly identify the problems in the sewer line under the house.  The project was fixed correctly for $4,500 by the other plumber I hired.
