She has been terrific. She is very very good. She is very patient with the customer. She is very experienced and knows her way around. She knows all about the other realtors, so she is good at negotiating. She is very customer friendly and makes the experience manageable. I would recommend people to hire her. She is the best.

Ramona is incredibly knowledgeable about the market in Dallas and Carrollton, TX. In one day she was able to understand what kind of price we were looking to stay in, what area would be best for us to live in and take us to find two properties that turned out to be perfect. She then helped us to write and negotiate offers and purchase both properties for fair prices. Fast forward a little over a year. Work forced us to move out of state and we again are working with Ramona to get both properties rented or sold. She is a guiding force helping us to stay away from potential trouble with tenants and buyers. I cannot recommend Ramona highly enough. She's the greatest.
