She is incredibly good. I was working with her until January of this year. Then I made a decision not to sell my house and move. She was patient with me. She worked with me for many months and then we made the decision not to move. I feel sorry for her. We looked at probably 100 houses. I started working with her in July of 2010 until we found the house that I love in January. She was always available. She searched on her own and regularly sent me new houses to look at. She regularly searched in my search area. She is great. There was no price because she ended up not earning anything. She basically did all for free. She ended up spending a lot of time and there was no compensation. I was always late. She was marvelous. I would definitely use her again if I want to sell my house and if I end up wanting to buy a house, she is the first person I will call.
