MONTAVIAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AT FIRST WHEN WE LOCKED IN A GOOD RATE. HOWEVER, AT CLOSING WE HAD TO PAY MONEY ON ITEMS THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF AND MONTAVIAN DID NOT EXPLAIN IT WELL.
