Timely response, and so far (1 month) no problems at all. Looks great. ( I was not crazy about their logo embedded under the tint film however.)

The process went perfectly. Let's start with the salesperson, Ben. He was very helpful. We talked about the different options. Looked at my truck, made recommendations on how they would install the unit. Went as far as showed me how the unit was installed in the manager's vehicle. I did not have the opportunity to meet the installer. However let me say... you can't tell the unit wasn't factory installed, and they were right on time, when they promised the installation would be completed. Excellent job!

I went in there bacause I had them fix a horrible nightmare I experienced with two other so called installers.
Earmark in Plano Tx off parker has got class when it comes to installation.And to include the sales associate on the latest top selling brands on the market.From what I wanted to happened happened....
Its not everday I trust just anyone with the keys to my 75 G coupe.But they took care of business as planed as it was quite an order.
This was not my first rodeo but I will say this, choose your electronics wisely and pay for QUALITY LABOR, I can't stress that enough.
That is why I trusted them and they did deliver at Plano Tx on W.Parker road.

Earmark did a really good installation, and the alarm was working fine. Just recently we've been having trouble with t the alarm going off sporadically in the middle of the night, for no reason. Earmark has been a little bit slow responding to the problem. I think they know the unit is defective, and that's the reason they have been so slow to respond. I thought the pricing seemed fair, and the quality was good up until we started to have the problem. I am waiting to see what the outcome of this issue is, before I use Earmark again.
