My mother in law saw the van for dryervent wizard in our neighborhood and gave them a call to try and fix our dryer issue at our house. We’ve had a few companies come out as our dryer has had issues with the amount of time it takes to dry our clothes. Jose and Ashton were quick to respond and come out to look at our dryer issues. They installed a new system to help suction the flow of air through the top of our roof, cleaned out all of the piping and pulled a lot of lent out of our dryer. They both were very professional and communicated throughout the whole process on what steps they were taking and what needed to be done next. We had a issue with a bolt from the back of the dryer inside and they called an appliance guy to come out. We called them several times to come out after the initial installation about concerns we had and they were always quick to answer and come over. We are so glad we saw their van in our neighborhood because now our drying time has significantly improved and I can do my laundry much faster.

Ashton did a great job! I have an older home where the laundry area had been added in the kitchen and vented improperly into the crawl space. Because of space constraints and the safety concerns already posed with the current vent location, I decided I wanted to install a new vent directly through the wall of my kitchen. I was worried about the appearance of installing a new vent through the exterior brick but it came out beautifully and will be easier to maintain. So glad I found Dryer Vent Wizard!

The tech was on time and very thorough. He explained everything very well and didn’t upsell me on services I didn’t need. He missed a small detail during the initial inspection so repaired that portion for free. I will definitely call them again.

Dryer Vent Wizard I strongly recommend this company for your dryer vent needs. Our original appointment was for a vent cleaning and the technician caught some shortcuts that were considered fire hazards previously done by the last company we had come out. Instead of doing the bare minimum like the prior company had done they fixed the mistakes, installed premium parts and made sure we were safe and out of any danger zone. They also found that the prior company had not extended the vent through the roof (as is per code) but through our attic next to the furnace AND they bolted the safety flap open which was causing insulation to be pulled back into our dryer vent and in to our dryer (and our clothes!). They provided us pictures and a step by step of everything they were doing. They also did not push us off to another day, they saw the urgency of this fix and handled it that day (the day before Thanksgiving). In short, they are quick, efficient and most importantly, safe! If you are looking for an ethical, friendly and transparent company that will not cut any dangerous corners than this one is it.
