Brad did an excellent job!
First, he came out to survey our layout. He offered several alternatives depending on our needs. Everything was fully explained in terms that I could understand. It was clear that his only goal was customer satisfaction. There was no hard sell or attempts to steer the project in a costlier direction. Brad provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours.
When I accepted his offer, he scheduled the work for the following Monday. He showed up on time, and got straight to work. He was extremely neat, and made sure that the work area was returned to its original condition as the project progressed.
Brad made sure that he showed me the operation of the 3 timers he installed. When he completed the work, he thoroughly tested the systems, to make sure everything worked properly.
I am very impressed, and satisfied, at this point. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad if you are considering this type of work.
