When I first contacted DMG-PDR, a lady named April was very helpful and connected me with their sales team. They thoroughly explained the process, since I was using my own insurance company and assured me that there wasn't any out-of-pocket expenses. They explained to me in detail the amount of time it would take for repairs, and offered a car rental option if needed. Since my insurance didn't cover rental car costs, surprisingly they offered to pay for my rental car for me, but was not needed. My insurance company coordinated with their shop for the estimate and very little involvement needed on my end. When I received my car back, it looked brand new and couldn't tell where any of the previous hail damage was. In the end, I was very satisfied with the level of service and the attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop, since the DFW tends to have aggressive hail storms.
