Yolanda Dittmar came in and told us what little things we needed to do to prepare the condo for the market, staged it with the furniture that was there, helped us price the unit and took it from there.

Yolanda knows her stuff!  Her photographer was wonderful, she was on top of every showing and kept us informed all along the way.  What could have been a very stressful situation went off without a hitch. Her patience and kind personality make all the difference in the world.  When she is working with you it is as if she doesn't have anyplace else on earth to be.  You not only feel like she cares but you know she does.

This is the 3rd time we have used Dittmar Realty and it will hopefully not be the last.

The first time I met Yolanda was when she assisted a friend of mine moving from another state.  The sellers of that property were very dramatic and caused a lot of stress during the last couple of weeks.  Yolanda was the calm in the storm and I was impressed with her professional and calm demeanor.







We were selling our home of 20+ years and had a realtor that was less than motivated to sell.  After 76 days on the market we "broke up" with that realtor and called Yolanda.  She was unbelievable!  She is so energetic and professional!  New pictures were taken, new description of the home, a beautiful brochure and contacts were made to promote the home.  Within 24 hours we had an offer; within a week we had two more offers!







Yolanda helped us in making the best decision in choosing our buyers by researching our options to make sure we were well protected and made the whole transaction feel so right!







To say that we were choosey buyers would be an understatement!  Yolanda showed us homes until we were ALL blue in the face.  She was always so patient and kind and FUN! We always felt like we were the only clients she had to deal with even though we knew better.  She has a way of making you feel important and special. She is a great listener and quickly picked up on what my husband and liked and didn't like and our interests and desires.  She ran interference more than once and prescreened many homes based on what she learned and observed about us saving all of us a lot of time.







She was relentless in our negotiations, protecting our interests at all times.  Her knowledge and determination were amazing.  We needed a 3 week closing and when our mortgage company told us they couldn't possibly close that quickly, Yolanda found a mortgage broker that could.  She helped get the inspections, find the contractors to do our needed upgrades and took on our home as if we were family.

They say that God puts people in our life for a reason and a season. I hope that even though our reason is coming to a close that the season is a long one!
