I called Dennis on Saturday, October 24,2009, to get an idea of his availability for a bid to remove and install an attic ladder. I was out of town when I called, so I told him I would call him back on Monday. When I called on Monday he was on a job and he agreed to come by in the evening. When he arrived he said he could do it right then and gave me a bid that I thought was very reasonable. He completed the job in a couple of hours and he did not leave until he was sure the new ladder was working correctly. I was completely satisfied with the job he did and can recommend him without reservation. The ladder works wonderfully.
