Guys were very nice and did a great job with the table. They were running behind but made it right with a small discount.

Peter and owner (can't remember his name?), were on time and so very nice. They were very efficient and took care to wrap my table in blankets then measure and level everything when setting up. Then even moved the pool rack from the wall. I will definitely recommend them to others! Also, they were about $75 less than other quotes.

Very professional. Guys were on time and quick. They completely broke down a pool table and relocated to new home and reinstalled. They worked well together and leveled it and gave great care instructions.

Other than being one hour later than they said they would arrive, they were awesome, kind and professional in their work.

Justin was suppose to pick up and deliver a privately purchased pool table. I asked for, and was quoted a price for, having new felt installed upon set up.. I was told there were numerous colors to choose from. I had family on site upon the arrival of two guys neither of whom were Justin. I was traveling to the install sight expecting a call about the felt color selection only to arrive and find the original felt (which was used by the previous owner as a marks a lot tablet) already reinstalled. The two guys who were nice enough knew nothing about the felt request and had zero felt options with them to complete the job as requested. I immediately started trying via phone and email to contact just as the two guys accepted a call I can only assume from Justin. The original quote was for $380. The guys only charged me about $230 which is more than fair for the move alone. It will cost me more in the long run because I have to get someone to return and redo much of what was done.

   Justin had to be aware that I was trying to contact him...The two guys knew I was very upset even though I didn't take it out on them.. There just isn't any excuse why I never heard back that day.

Great service, affordable, quick and moved the table in a timely manner. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Also the price they quoted me was the best of all the quotes I had received.

I bought a pool table off of Craigslist and called Delphi Billiards to find out the cost to move the pool table from the sellers house to mine so I would know what to expect in cost. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and said they are available after hours and would work with the seller to pick up the table at their convenience. After agreeing to buy the pool table I called Delphi Billiards after hours and they made arrangements with the seller to pick up the table which made the buying experience very pleasant for both me and the seller of the pool table.
The installers were friendly, efficient, and on time. the price was far better than i had expected to find. It took about 2 hours to setup my table and they even helped me with positioning it as to not have any obstacles when playing.
Overall Delphi made it a very nice experience from buying the table to having it moved.

They were amazing to work with. They showed up on time, moved quickly but still gave personal attention to our needs.
We shopped around to findnew felt but ended up coming back to them and they refelted and refurbished our pool table within the week. They did such a great job!

When we moved houses we had this company move our pool table for us.  They gave us a quote over the phone based on the size and type of table, new and old addresses, and which floors the table was on and being moved to.  They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and even tolerated the million questions my seven year old had for them while they were working.

These guys we hired to move our pool table, as our moving company didn't provide that service.  They quoted us over the phone $250 to take apart, move and re-assemble the table including leveling, etc.  The guys showed up, were VERY quick and professional.  They had the right equipment and knocked this job out very quickly - we were shocked.  They moved it to the 2nd floor of our new home and had no problems.  Excellent choice for a quality pool table service.
