This company, based in Plano, provided superior workmanship in repairing my foundation at a very reasonable price. They were very professional, detail oriented, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure that the house was raised to perfection and performed several tests for accuracy. Even the owner of the couple stopped by an introduced himself to me and offered his phone number so that I could call him directly if I had any questions during the process.
Everything went smoothly from the detailed quote, to the engineering report, to the actual repair and they even send a company out afterward to check water lines for any leaks. They did a final walk-through with me to show me all of the brick mortar repair they did, it looked great! And the cement job they did to seal my porch back up was smooth and precise.
The supervisor on the job did a great job communicating to me, explaining the process to me and answered all of my questions. He had worked for this company for over ten years, so he really had the expertise needed to direct the workers. The workers were also part of the regular staff, so they were all well trained. I believe the company has been in business for almost 30 years.
They cleaned up everything afterward and my front yard looked better after they did the work!
I am so happy I chose this company and will refer them to everyone I know. They do A+++++ work at a great price!

I was concerned that I may have foundation issues and wanted some recommendations on my landscaping around the foundation so I purchased this Big Deal.  Rex arrived a few minutes early and explained what he'd be doing to determine the condition of my foundation and to provide appropriate recommendations.  He documented his observations outside the home and the measurements taken inside.  Fortunately, I did not require foundation work but he gave me some recommendations that would help alleviate the issues I was seeing on the exterior of my home.  He was very friendly and professional, and the entire visit took about 30 minutes.  I was very happy with Rex and Dalrock!

It went like clockwork.  I can't think of any "don'ts".

Ryan supervised his crew all day. It was necessary for him to come in the house in the afternoon to put his level in various places to check progress. He was very courteous and took off his boots each time so as not to track in mud. The price was very reasonable saving us $1000 to $1500 over other bids we have received.
