The furniture at D'Hierro is extremely well made and beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. The sales staff at the Southlake, TX store is friendly and very professional during the purchase process. Unfortunately, the staff needs to work harder at keeping the customer informed when there is a delay in the delivery date. The delivery of our custom table top was delayed twice. Each time we had to take the initiative and contact the staff to find out that the delivery date had been pushed back. After the first delay, the staff apologized and gave us a 'display' glass table top to use until our copper table top arrived.

It was outstanding from beginning to end. They are superb. The quality of the doors was exactly what we talked about. They are extremely professional in the stores. The crew that installed it did a beautiful job. I think it's a great value for the quality. The customer service was great, they followed up.
