Prompt and friendly service. Very knowledgeable. Quoted a real price over the phone after  I provided an accurate description of work -- no hidden or job estimate fees. Even fixed a few other minor faucet problems for free while visiting. Great plumber.

We were painting behind the refrigerator and broke the water line to the ice maker.  NO IDEA what to do!  We looked on Angie's List and pretty randomly picked our Mr. Masters and pleaded for help.  He got here in less than 20 minutes and got the water turned off.  Then he went to Home Depot and got some needed supplies and took care of two other customers who had emergencies too.  He came back and installed a new plastic line to the ice maker.  Total elapsed time about three hours.   
His "bill" was beyond amazing!  He charges only what you can afford.  He is a total Christian guy and if you can't afford his services, he won't ask for anything.  Never seen anything like that!  I pressed him HARD and he admitted that if he was a business, he would charge about $150.  Fair enough.  I paid him $160 by check (no credit card), and thanked him profusely for his 20 minute response time!  What a delightful experience.  He gets an A+ in my book!

Services were provided to my satisfaction. The advice he provided did not fix the problem with the kitchen faucet and I will be picking up a replacement unit and asking Curtis to come back and install it for me. Curtis was on time and professional. He doesn't charge a set amount, but asks you to pay what you think the services are worth.

Love his policy, pay what you can afford! I have used him for years and never disappointed. Always prompt and even called me back late at night when heard the voice of a lady in distress. Can't say enough nice things about him

He replaced warranty covered parts on the gas ignition. Charged me for the labor only. Curtis has done work for me several times. No need to call anyone else. Just remember when he makes a recommendation on the cost. You don't need to walk around so tight that your squeaking all the time. Loosen up he is worth more dollars.

This is the third time we have used Mr. Masters services- He fixed a leaky toilet installed a garbage disposer and this time installed a new kitchen faucet,.He is always prompt,does a great job is quick, is fair in pricing and an all aroung good guy.Thank you Mr. Masters.

My experience with him went very well. He was courteous and he did the job. He cleans up after himself. He has an unusual approach to billing. It's like pay as you can. We had him several times for one problem and another.

.during replacement water supply valve wouldn't shutoff completely, tried to repair with washer which was unsuccessful therefore had to replace valve.

Excellent! Curtis was very polite and accommodating, and his response was immediate. He asked me to explain the plumbing issue, and acknowledged that he could do the work. He had to visit our house twice, since the first time, the city had turned off the water to address a pipe issue in the subdivision. Curtis came back the next day, did the work within less than an hour.
Curtis is a practitioner of and quot;pay it forwardand quot; meaning the customer decides the amount to be paid him based on the merit of his work performed and capacity of the customer to pay and support this type of service for other members of society, using code of honor as protection against abuse of this Christian-based practice.
What a rare find, and needless to say, we have endorsed Curtis to our friends and family and I wouldn't be surprised if his business expands 30x, 50x, even 100x given the principles he lives by. Highly recommended. Plumbing diagnosis and skills excellent.

I forgot to take the hose off my faucet and the cold weather caused pipe to burst. I started calling around for plumbers. Some told me I needed to also have a brick mason come out to take off the bricks and then they would install the faucet. This was an additional $150 on top of the $200 or more they quoted to install the faucet. When I finally got in touch with Curtis Masters he said he wouldn't need a brick mason. He came out the next day, fixed the problem really fast, was super courteous and I will use him any time I have a plumbing problem. His price was extremely good. Look no further for a great plumber. You will have found one in Curtis.

I have had Curtis out twice to complete plumbing work twice. He is extremely professional and has been able to resolve both issues timely and efficiently. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest and upfront about his services.

I'd heard of Angie's List before, but thought it silly to pay for reviews when I could search them online. Enter a leaky toilet. I had replaced all the innards of my toilet but still water was leaking into the bowl. I called Micah's Honest Plumbing first after reading reviews elsewhere, but they were so busy they missed two different scheduled appointment windows set themselves, so told them I had to find someone else. Joined Angie's list. After reading reviews of different plumbers, I decided on Curtis. He was at the house promptly as scheduled the following day. Determined it was simply the tube which goes down the flush valve wasn't above the water line, therefore was siphoning water into the tank. I mentioned discovering the shutoff valve doesn't completely shutoff, Curtis said he wouldn't worry about it as it would be likely another 10 years before I'd have to use it....hahahahaha. THEN the beauty of it, asked only to pay him what I thought it was worth!!!! So I paid him $75, just cuz.
If there was an A++++++ rating available I'd give it.

It was a routine visit, but Curtis was prepared and finished in literally 5 minutes (probably less). Anyway,
I felt certain it was a clog and told this to him before he arrived. He asks that you pay what you feel is an
appropriate amount for the work done-and he fit me in on a Friday within a few hours notice. I had no issue
paying my amount even for the short visit-very professional and would use again.

I had water leaking from the pipe leading from the wall into the back of my refrigerator which leads to the ice maker.
Curtis came over and fixed the problem by replacing a part. He was professional and took a genuine interest in fixing the problem.
He has an interesting and unique pricing method- he recommends how much his service would be worth and then asks you to pay what you think is fair and appropriate.

He was wonderful, he was very sweet. We had used a handyman to fix our shower heat earlier, and we had leakagesince then. We needed someone to come out immediately.

He came a little bit early, took care of everything and was very nice. I asked how much he would charge, he couldn’t tell us exactly what it would be, but he assured us we would be pleased.

When the work was done, he asked us to pay what we thought was fair.

Called Curtis at about 11:30, he was at my house at 11:50 (I'm not lying). Had a problem with my garbage disposal and Curtis knocked it out in about 15 minutes. He gave me an extra tool that he had and showed me how to repair it myself next time. He doesn't have set rates, he lets you decide how much to give him. (I followed the $50 for an hour or less rule and then gave a little extra as a trip charge). Will definitely use him again, overall good Christian guy. Don't hesitate to use him.
