Crystal - The Mortgage Lady

Shortly after I put a house up for sale, a representative from Texas Plus Network called wanting to put a sign in the yard in hopes of securing the mortgage business from the eventual buyer. In exchange, they would feature the property on their website. Sure, why not?, couldn't hurt anything I thought. Boy, was I wrong! A potential buyer called and was quickly "pre-qualified" by Crystal the mortgage lady at Texas Plus Network or Texas Realty Plus, they all appear to be the same entity. I asked Crystal how long she thought it would take to close the deal. She said "I tell people 30 days but I can usually do it two weeks.". She neglected to say that she was planning to have surgery in the middle of the process. That was early September, now it is mid November. Most calls and emails are unanswered and unreturned. She is apparently an independent agent for Top Flite Financial, but not an employee so there is no one available to fill in when she doesn't show up.
