In addition, my agent quit or was fired right in the middle of the transaction. Noone to give me direction as they didn't even bother to tell me that she wasnt there any more. When i would call with questions I was told to ask anyone. When I asked for a manage rI was given 4 different ones. One guy told me that there were so many "managers" that he couldn't even tell me how many there were . seemed very strange.
Worst part, they pushed a mortgage companyn that they guaranteed me would get the loan through. It is the company that they work hand in hand with. 45 days later my loan is denied and I am out the $2000 deposit because I was told right along that this guy would get it approved. meanwhile I had tossed my bank who really would have gotten approval.
Bottom line is that if you expect absolutely nothing from them...and if you do not take their advice you may be all right, although I would still hesitate to use them based on the fact that they wouldnt commit to any details on giving me the 2% refund. They seem very disorganized...and one of teh so called managers gave me straight up wrong information which may have ended up costing me money based on decisions taht I made due to his misinforming me. This was something that he should have known.
