We called this company late in 2014 to investigate an air conditioner problem. American Home Shield (yes, the infamous MFs) had sent someone to install a new AC the week before, and it was not cooling. Joe came out the same day and observed that the new unit was leaking because the refrigerant line had not been properly soldered. He got it back cooling in short time at a reasonable price.
We called Joe once again a few weeks later when one of our furnaces was on the fritz. He came the next day, found the problem, and fixed it in short order. Again, the fee was acceptable.
Last week our old downstairs furnace went on the blink just as <20° temps were forecast. Joe tried to fix it, but the 28-year old beast would not revive. He quoted us a good price on a replacement and installed it the next day before the cold front.
These guys are the best. Take it from the wife of a former general remodeling contractor and full-time home inspector (who has earned the Angie's List Super Service Award for the past 7 years in a row). They do not get better than this. We will both use them again in the future and recommend them to all of our clients.
