It took two people. They did look up all the warranties for me so it would've been very expensive.

We came home from out of town to a broken AC. When I called the AC company that installed it, I found out he had passed away recently and they were disbanding the company. They referred me to Robert Johannsen at Clean Air Services. Robert said he would come before the day was out and would try to have us cold air by the evening. As many of you know, a repairman can tell you almost anything and you wouldn't know the difference and when it comes to sleeping in an air conditioned house you will pay almost anything.
Robert came out about 4 pm and went right to work. Luckily, it was only that the capacitor had gone bad. Robert replaced it for $195.00 and we had cold air again. The repair was about the least expensive thing that could have been wrong with the unit. Before leaving Robert said that he didn't want to step on any toes so if I wanted to go back to the original installer he would understand. I explained that they were not doing any more repair work and I would definitely use him in the future. As an added bonus, he does electrical work and is a Master Electrician.

Robert was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Robert goes above and beyond to help out his customers. I have used this company for several years, and I have never been disappointed with the work performed.
