Most of our flooring offerings are stocked locally, which enables us to sometimes provide next day installation. In addition, our top quality flooring offerings are priced at least 20% below retail. We at C&J Remodeling LLC are the experts in the remodeling and flooring industry and because we do genuinely care about your interest, we will always educate you as to just what is the best application for your project, even if this means we are not the company that does the work for you. We at C&J Remodeling do business the way you would do business if you were in the remodeling industry, upon the consummation of an agreement between C&J Remodeling and our home or business owner we collect 50% of the project in advance, with the remaining 50% being collected upon completion. There is an exception when it comes to flooring though, we like any other flooring company will collect the remaining 50% before the start of installation. Forms of payment accepted by C&J Remodeling are most major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa and Discover, as well, we do accept personal checks, cashiers checks and of course cash. We back every installation of products purchased through C&J Remodeling LLC with a written one year installation warranty, in addition every product we handle and install are backed by warranties from their respective manufacturers. It went amazingly well!! I worked with Jason. He is timely and responsive. The thing that impressed me the most was that he asked for my business. He knew I was getting 3 bids and said that if another bidder had something he didn't show me or had a lower bid that I should let him know so he could see if he could meet or beat it. One of the other bidders had a flooring color I liked better than what Jason showed me. I called him, he found the flooring I wanted, and he met the other bidder's price. Once the contract was signed we set an installation date. His installation people were terrific. They knew what they were supposed to do and did it in a very business like manner. They even cleaned up at the end of the day.
The other thing that impressed me was the supervisor that stopped by to check on the work being done and to ask if there was anything that he could do to make the job better. He stopped by both days the guys were here.
Bottom line, C&J did an outstanding job for me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a floor and I would use them again!
