Jenny and Christy and Robbie did an amazing job for us. They were so very patient, and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. They even worked to get them in before Thanksgiving! We will be hiring them again for other drapery when we need them.

My wife and I were looking for someone to help us dress up our older motorhome- the blinds and valances needed replacement. We are very thankful that we found Christi’s draperies! They took the time to discover the look we wanted, then provided the expertise with fabric selections. Their workmanship was fantastic...what a great new look we now have in our RV! Christy's Draperies helped us outfit our entire house! We purchased blinds for every window in the house, custom shades on electric rollers for our living room, and custom drapes for several rooms, including some windows that are over 20-ft tall. We are so happy with the products and especially with the customer service that Christy and Jenny and their team provide. They are helpful, responsive, and very kind. Wonderful to work with. Excellent service with sales and complete install of custom created drapes.,

We went to Christy's Draperies in Plano and picked out the drapes we wanted for our master bedroom.  We worked with Gail who provided us with excellent service. The room darkening drapes covering the four windows were provided using our measurements and were ready to pickup at the store's location in less than 2 weeks.  Using the installer suggested by Gail we then had the drapes professionally installed on 8/11/2014.  The entire process was flawless and we would certainly recommend .Christy's to anyone needing this service. Our drapes look fantastic!

I really like the draperies but we had to re-hem one of them because they were not equal. I love the material and the convenience and that's the only negative thing that happened. I got just one pair but it doesn't matter. They should have been the same length. But other than that I really like them. They are personable and very congenial and I like that. But their quality of work is not that good. I saw the colors of the drapes that I was looking for with them. I think I just Googled drapery and found them online that way. They have what I needed, the color. And it was perfect, I love them. They are very rich material, nice.

It was okay. They have nice products. I wasn't too pleased with my interaction with the owner but her daughter was great. I haven't used them since because of that. I went in and they didn't come to my house. The daughter was awesome and she was great. She actually saved the sale. I am one of those people that likes to look at things for a long time before I pull the trigger. The mother said that she thought that I was just looking and not interested in buying and that she didn't think I was ever going to buy anything. It really rubbed me the wrong way that she said that. I got the sense that she felt that I couldn't afford to be in her store so much so that I made a comment and her daughter was there. I made the comment previously with her mom and I went back only because there was one pair that I really liked. It was after I couldn't find another pair to take that place. I made a comment to the daughter and she said that her mom spoke without thinking and she saw my point of view. I told her that I have a brand new house and I was about to use their company to do all of my drapes. I said that I would buy the one pair because of the daughter. I didn't do any additional business with them and I went out the next month and got the rest of the drapes from a different company. I don't do impulse shopping. Their products were great but the mom shouldn't profile their customers negatively. The mother's customer service was not the most pleasant but the daughter was great. They got a fraction of my business but not the total. My grades are based on the service with the daughter. Their prices were not terrible; they were fine.

It’s great. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing depends on the materials that you choose. You would spend more money when you go there but you get a higher quality product. It’s a very professional place. They find out who you are and what you need. They give you all the tools you need to make a decision. They give you an actual drapery to take home to see what it looks like. They give you different various if you want to use them. You take it back and you order what you want and they install them. They are still growing so they are doing a pretty good job putting it out there. They do a really good job.

Their product was fine and they were friendly when I visited them as well. The decorator actually did it but I just went in there and picked up material. They provide good service and quality. I get a lot of compliments for my curtains. I went through a decorator.

We have had some bad outcomes in the past with small business disappearing, therefore, we were a little hesitant to work with Christy's . They had the fabric that was prefect for our master bedroom draperies and everyone there was extremely helpful so we thought we would give them a try. The draperies were for a large bow window which needed creativity and accurate calculations. Christy made the process extremely easy and stress free putting together a design with trims. We couldn't have been happier with Christy and the draperies are absolutely stunning!

They were great, and they were super, super nice people working in the facility.  I didn't have any trouble with them.  They gave me a very fair quote.  I don't have any complaints with them.  I thought, they were a great asset to Angie's List.  I definitely going to use them again in the future.

We have used this provider on numerous occasions in the past few years.  They have always had extremely nice fabrics and do such a good job of making them.  In this case, we picked out the fabric and they made them.  They even came out and hung them.  We were very pleased with Christies and will continue to use them in the future.

I wanted to add draperies to my formal living and dining area but wasn't sure if it would be worth the cost or hassle.  I was also concerned that I would choose a fabric and then once it was complete it wouldn't look good in my house. I called a few full service companies before visiting Christy's but found I could save over $500 if I used Christy's and then hired a specialist to measure and install.  I would highly recommend Phil (Christy's has his business card) to complete the work. 
When I went into Christy's, they had quite a selection of ready made draperies.  I was able to take one home for a trial basis to see if it looked good.  Once I confirmed I liked it, Phil came out and took measurements and Christy's altered it to fit my windows.  I was also able to purchase custom sheers and her friendly team (Aida is great!) helped me choose the rods and accessories.  I went in there several times before making my decision and it was nice to get the advice before making the investment.  I know the process of ordering custom treatments can be overwhelming, but with the help of Christy and Aida, along with Phil, it really wasn't bad and I love the final product.  If you are looking for nice, custom treatments without spending too much money, then this is the place to go.  I would recommend using Phil because he not only took measurements, but was able to recommend sheer color and rod size.  Overall a great experience!
