Job completed in promised time frame staff is excellent and very professional!

It was super reasonable. I had the van painted three times by them and every time I've walked away going, "Unbelievable" The price at other places would be 10 times what they charged. It was a tricked out van, it had multi-colored stripes. What they did wasn't a normal paint job. What sticks out is their honesty.

I've been dealing with Christian Brothers since the 70s. They painted cars, they had a body shop sort of place and then they grew. I think they have several of these oil change places now.

They replaced the spark plugs and ignition wires in the ignition system. They completed a Power Steering Flush and replaced the air intake hose. They were very professional and prompt.

This is a high mileage vehicle (196,000 miles plus), but it has been maintained precisely with oil changes every 3,000 miles. Most of the miles were highway miles out of traffic. The vehicle has run very well and been very reliable. I don't use this truck much anymore except to haul bulky items, but I like to keep it in good condition.

They were very courteous and prompt and everything was amazing.

First some background on my car. I own a Saturn Ion 2, notorious with its issues in regards to its immobilizer security system which almost always becomes faulty and makes the car not start when outdoor temperature is less than 45F. There is an "unofficial workaround" to disable it and I have done at my own risk a few years ago. 
Having said this, after being referred by a technician at a tires place, I brought the car to Christian Brothers for wheel alignment as it did have uneven wear on the tires. However, I have received a call from Christian Brothers a few hours later telling me that the car would not start. They could not figure out why. It was not that clear what exactly happened but given the battery was 9 years old, it seems that it failed during their diagnostics checks, therefore making my "unofficial workaround" interfere with other security features in the car. I have explained the workaround in detail and they undid it, replaced the battery and the car would start again. They also did a very good job in alignment stopping the uneven wear on the tires.
The key to my experience is that throughout the whole process, they were completely professional and willing to take any steps necessary to fix the car. They have also not asked for any compensation for undoing the workaround (which was the right thing to do as the car was starting perfectly OK before I dropped it). In summary, they handled a difficult situation rather well and in the process they also have earned a loyal customer.

Christian Brothers initially put in a complete new A/C in our old car in May 2012. This new system included using the new environmentally safer coolant. The unit initially cooled great, but then developed a leak around some faulty parts which they replaced. The A/C worked for a few weeks and then began not to cool again. Christian Brothers kept the car for several days, with our approval, and found leaks in the system. They decided to keep the car and drive it around to see if it started to leak again. They then delivered the car to our doorstep after they felt everything was working great. Unfortunately, when we turned the A/C on after the winter months, it would not cool. We brought it back to them this week, and they found a few more leaks. The car is old, and the new A/C is more powerful, probably causing leaks in the old system. In all, we have had to return the car to them three times after the initial repair. Christian Brothers has never charged us and apologized each time for the problem. Their only concern is that we be satisfied with a good cold A/C system. We have used Christian Brothers for several years and have always been impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and integrity. Their staff, particularly Donnie, are very professional and strive only to please us. As long as we live in this area, we will only use Christian Brothers because we know they will do a great job and work hard to please us.

I took my codes (pulled at Auto Zone) and gave them the history of my problem and what I had done to try and fix it (fuel filter, tune-up,
etc). They said they would check it out with a smoke test (much cheaper than my other estimates) and let me know soon. 2 Hours later they called and let me know the problem. It was fixed by the afternoon. When I picked it up, they had pictures, the old lower intake gasket (completely disintegrated...), and a very fair cost. While ringing me up he asked if I had the coupon from the internet. I did not and was about to say so, but the guy was nodding his head yes, so I followed his lead. The coupon was apparently a good one, because it took $68 dollars off my total bill. I will definitely be going here in the future--finally an auto repair establishment I think I can trust.

They are very polite and knowledgable. They offer shuttle service if needed. They are good at follow up in regards to calling you on updates of your repair.

I have used them for other auto service. They saved me about $1,200 the first time I used them by replacing a sensor instead of the entire auto computer. A couple of times when I have taken things to them and the repair has not seemed right they have gone back to correct the problem and not charged me anything else for it. I am quite happy with them but I do not think they are the cheapest.

The service was good and they took care of the problem. I had a tuneup, they fixed an oil leak, and anytime I have car problems, I take it there. It's always small things. If you have a car, don't take it back to the dealer because they rip you off. They will find anything wrong with it. I believe what they do is in line with other places and they don't take advantage of you. They can take you home when you drop your car off and pick you back up.

After taking longer than was promised to finish the job, the manager proceeds to insult me and then argue with me about their lack of responsiveness and work. The manager should not argue with the customer. They did. Two days later I had to bring it back, due to the engine not running as it should. Again...another argument. I took my truck there due to the great experiences I had over the years with a CB location in Las Colinas. I thought all locations were corporate owned. They are not. Each is a franchise. This review is only for the McKinney location. I do not recommend them and will to ever use them again.

Work was performed on time at the estimated cost.  A remanufactured transmission from JASPER was installed.  Includes a three year/100,000 mile warranty.  I have had work performed on three different vehicles at this Christian Brothers repair centter.  Quality of work has been top notch and the service is excellent.  They stand behind thier work with a no hassle warranty.  They also provide a AAA member discount.

I am very satisfied. They explain the work before they do anything. They are fair in their estimates.

While driving down the expressway I heard a loud noise.  I stopped and inspected the vehicle and didn't see anything.  I took the car to CBA and they found the problem.  I had run over something and it was wrapped itself around the drive shaft.  As a result it snapped a brake cable.  I had brought the car into them without an appointment.  They took care of me that day. 

CBA was very professional, attentive and thorough.  They listened and took the time needed - and were up front about that.  Two days of testing and work and the issue was fixed for less than i expected.  The best service shop i have dealt  with.

The experience was great.

I had my friend fix a/c and valve covers for fraction of cost, and had alignment done at Firestone.

There was a slight glitch which they fixed free of charge. I will use them again.
