BESIDES THE SALESMAN BEING GREAT, THE MANAGER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PURCHASING THE FLOORING AND MY HUSBAND WAS GOING TO INSTALL, THE MANAGER GAVE US SEVERAL TIPS ON INSTALLATION (SINCE HE HAD DONE INSTALLS FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE). HE TOLD MY HUSBAND TO CALL WHEN HE WAS INSTALLING IF HE NEEDED HELP. SURE ENOUGH, WHEN HE CALLED, THE MANAGER WAS MOST SUPPORTIVE AND OFFERED HELPFUL HINTS.
