Bunnara Hoy - Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Mr. Hoy was very professional. He explained why the ac vents and the surrounding ceiling were so dusty. He then explained what he would do to fix the problem. He took down all vents and cleaned out all ducts. He washed all the vents and put them back up. Everything smelled so fresh! My family is really happy with the air quality now. He moved some furniture to protect it from dust. After cleaning 2 very dusty vents, he even vacuumed and cleaned the nearby dusty ceiling fans. He took before and after pics. Amazing difference! He cleaned the 3 main ducts in the attic which I don't think had ever been cleaned before. I didnt even realize that they existed. After the dryer vent was cleaned, it no longer took me 2 complete dryer cycles to dry one full load of clothes. Now it only takes about 35 minutes for a full load. This saves us money because we don't use as much electricity, and it saves us time. After observing Mr. Hoy's work ethic, I trust him and would recommend him to others. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Bunnara Hoy has helped to restore my faith in people. I contacted him to clean my vents and check for any leaks, etc. Bunnara arrived a little before the scheduled time, was highly professional, very friendly and thorough. As it turns out, my duct work did NOT need cleaning. Bunnara showed me pictures indicating the condition of the ducts. He found one very minor leak and said it was not impacting air quality. He also explained a couple of things for me to consider in the future( like 3 years in future!!). He did NOT push or pressure me to have any work done at this time. I cannot speak highly enough of Bunnara who did not charge me for the inspection or even a house call. When I offered to pay, he politely refused. Amazing! Without a doubt, I will call Bannara when I decide to have further work done and I will recommend him to friends and neighbors who may need his services!

We highly recommend Bunnara for cleaning your ducts, repairing or insulating existing ductwork or, like in our case, replacing and correcting the old ductwork, plenum, and drains. He just recently straightened out our old messed up jungle of ductwork with a new much more efficient system that is balanced, properly insulated system which works perfectly - plus it gave us much more room in the attic by having the screwed up mess of ducts running all over corrected. He even came back a few days ago to correct the diffusers for FREE after our general contractor and paint crew had re-installed most of them incorrectly. Recommend him highly - efficient, fairly priced - one of the times the low bid was also the best - very professional and friendly, comes on time as promised, does the job on time - he is a perfectionist that will do your system right. We recommend him to everyone.
