They're excellent. I really recommend them. They have great service. He's a nice guy you don't mind having in the house. He is very knowledgeable. He has great expertise. They have good prices too. Their pricing was inexpensive for a termite treatment. It worked great so far and they have a treatment warranty.

This is the third time Bug Head has come out and provided services. I have them scheduled on a quarterly basis to come out and treat the inside and outside of my house to prevent any pest issues. They will also come out in between quarterly treatments if you notice any pest issues you want looked at and treated. They are always prompt and courteous and answer any questions I have.

From the first time I contacted them, they responded either immediately or within an hour of my call or email.
The first time I contacted them was by email and the owner replied to be almost immediately.
I was able to set up an estimate within a day and the owner came. 
After getting all my other bids, I chose Bughead because he was professional, he explained the process to me in detail without making it seem like a speech he was trained to give. He fit me in extremely quickly, which was important because termite swarming season was just up ahead.
He checked with me after a couple weeks to ask if I had seen any evidence of termites post-treatment. I had not.
About a month later, termites did in fact have a swarm-fest in the 80 degree weather and we saw some termites inside, but they were all either dead, moving extremely slowly or laying there twitching. Obviously the chemical treatment was effective. I sent photos to the owner of the termites and he came over without delay just to check it out & be sure. 
(Btw, swarming has nothing to do with the termite treatment. It's swarming season. Thank God, Bughead treated our problem BEFORE swarming season.)
Bughead has never been late. Never. They have always been courteous, professional & friendly. Their prices are very competitive. They use the same chemical for termite treatment as all the major pest control companies. We had a huge termite problem, and they stopped the problem. They gave me a 5-year warranty included in the price of treatment, which NO other bid did. In fact almost every other bid offered a 1-year warranty that I had to pay for upfront--and then renew every year thereafter! Bughead said they were confident enough in their method that a 5-year warranty was a no brainer. So far, it's been true.
I have already asked Bughead to come back out to deal with our rodent issue. Their price was, again, very competitive, and the method they explained to me was much more detailed and efficient than my other rodent exclusion bids.
I'm very happy with their work.

He responded quickly, was very thorough, had good pricing and a warranty, and he explained the extermination treatment to me.  I’ve already called him to do more work for us on rental buildings we own.  He is highly recommended.
