We've used Bug Zone Pest control for almost 14 years. When we first moved into our home, we had termite problems. Jeff from Bug Zone worked treated the entire house and continues to monitor for termites. I receive a call every quarter to set up an appointment for the next treatment, so I don't need to remember to call them. If I have any problems with insects or rodents, they are quick to respond and solve the problem.

Jeff and his team are wonderful to work with. They go the extra mile for us, even coming back a second and third time if needed with no charge. Dion is the scheduler for the jobs and is so sweet. They usually can come out within a day or two. I would highly recommend Bug Zone for any pest needs you have.

We like him. The ants came back. I work a 50 hour week. I don't have time to talk to you at length about this. FIND SOME ONE RETIRED TO GIVE YOU A LONG TALK.

He's helped me a lot, he's great. I was baiting them but because of my mulch I would never get rid of them and he figured that out. he told me to get rid of the mulch then to bait them and it worked, he was very correct. It was all free advice, he's a nice and knowledgeable person. He wants to help and knows what he's stalking about. Next time I have something to be done here I will hire him. He tried to help me with acrobatic ants. So far that hasn't worked, but we're still working on that and I'm sure it will. I had wasps and he told me what to do about that and it worked, it was all free advice. It's awesome. He knows his stuff.

I found this company on Angie's List. Jeff, the owner of the company, came out and he was very nice. He diagnosed our bug issues and then he sprayed and set out some traps. They were very punctual and the price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

They are pleasant, professional and committed to doing a good job.

When I contacted them, they were most concerned with what i was dealing with as opposed to selling me a package deal. Very pleasant and dependable family company that has grown based on the integrity behind their service. I asked for an estimate for termite prevention and they were timely in completing that task as well. Their price was very reasonable.

This is a fairly small company and the owner, Jeff, was very attentive to my concerns and responded quickly and efficiently. He and his wife worked with my crazy time schedule and he recognized how important this was to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
