Budget Lawn Care

Employees of Budget Lawn Care dragged their lawn equipment against the front bumper of my vehicle, which they had been asked previously on several occasions not to do. They scratched multiple parts of my front bumper, and the vehicle had just recently been restored with a brand new bumper. The vehicle had not been driven; it simply remained in the driveway. Upon bringing the damage to the attention of Budget Lawn Care, they refused to remedy their damage. I am currently taking legal action. If you care about your personal property, this is definitely NOT the company to hire.

After multiple times of them not coming on scheduled days, and still being charged for those days, I cancelled my account.  They continued to say I still owed them for the days that they did not mow.  I have disputed this over and over and thought they had finally cleared up my account.  I recently tried to get service with another company, Thompson Landscaping, and was declined service with them because they are the sister company to Budget Lawn and Budget Lawn is still reporting that I owe them money.

The first mow, the mowers left the gate open with the lock hanging off the side. The following week, the guy out to do the shrubs, but only did the front and ignored the side of the house. After calling, Chad agreed the quote included the side of the house and would send someone out the next week. The guy came out and butchered the ornamental trees into a squarish hedge shape while cutting back more than 6 inches or 1/3 of the tree. The second mow that week was fine. The third mow, they didn't even bother going in the back yard even though the combo had been provided and used by them before. When I called the following morning, the guy taking the call was very indifferent and just said he would let the work crew know. No offer to fix the problem on their end. They showed up when they said they would. The lawn and basic shrubs did look good after they were done. But there were problems with every service, and the rep didn't seem to care.

This service showed up every week about the same time. They did the mowing, but they mow so fast, sometimes they would miss spots or if the grass was wet, it would just get pushed down, instead of mowed. Not the best, not the worst, so yes, I would use them again.

Has gone well and continuing to go well. Very satisfied.

They do a good job and they are reliable. I get good response when I call them. It has been nothing but positive dealing with them.

They show up on time every week and do a great job.  In some instances, I forget to unlock my gates and they happily come back out to get the back yard.I've recently moved to another house while still trying to sell my current property.  Budget Lawn Care made the transition very easy.I highly recommend.
