The owner had to come out 3 times to measure before any blinds were installed.
He was off by weeks on the delivery time for all orders
The blinds had to be reorded 4 times because the order was incorrect. Eacvh time he came out my wife or I would need to take time off from work to be at the house
After the 4th attempt and about 4 months we were done. He did give us a refund no questions asked
The owner was always professional.
My issues are
He could not get the correct blinds ordered
A waste of a lot of time
Although it say "budget" the prices are in the ballpark with the other local companies
We did order shutters through him, but this was a different company, he was just the middle man on this deal.

Unfortunately, the gentlemen that owned and operated your territory is no longer in business due to health issues. The good news is that there are new owners and they are wonderful and are doing terrific work with great reviews. I own the franchise west of you.
