Jeremiah was a great salesman . Installer were great as well. Iâ  m happy with my windows and doors. I would highly recommend.

Overall a good experience. I've seen the other reviews and most of the complaints are because of the time it takes for the window company to make windows. If you're going to go a certain route folks it's going to take a while. It took me around 10 weeks. But I love my new windows and the differences amazing! And I got a great deal.

Initial meeting with Jeremiah was great. Quality of sample seemed good. We scheduled and all seemed normal. Then on the installation day the guys got a really late start because of vehicle issues. No big deal. I?m easy going. But the next day the lead guy tells me he will have use another crew to help him or he won't finish for a while because of some issue. So basically he is going to sub a portion of the install. I don't like hearing that but my house is exposed because the job is 1/2 done so I need it completed and i give the approval. He informed me the sub crew would be working on the second floor over the patio cover. I gave specific instructions of how to be careful not to damage the polygal ( clear plastic ) on the patio roof. He told me they would use big foam pieces to protect the roof. When I returned home the sub crew was done and gone and from the ground everything seemed fine. When the rest of the crew finished up and left I got my ladder out and climbed up to check the sub crew's quality of work. Apparently the instructions about the roof were never relayed to the sub crew. The plastic patio cover was ruined. It had at least 100 deep knee and boot impressions into the material. It had to be repaired but has never been rain proof since that day. That was a $2000 roof they ruined. Jeremiah and his lead guy apologized and discounted the cost $500. But that did raise a red flag. The lead guy obviously didn't really care about protecting the roof. Now fast forward to final pay day. I paid them and received the discount and told Jeremiah there was one screen damaged and that I was fine with him dropping off one at his convenience. A couple of weeks later he delivered a screen that didn?t fit. So when I contacted him again about the screen I mentioned that one of the windows needed to be adjusted. He gave me the info to contact a factory rep. So I did. The rep was very polite and punctual. Really new his stuff. When he walked the job he was in disbelief of how the windows were installed. He said Im only here to adjust the one window but I work for the company that manufactures these windows and these are not installed correctly at all. At this point Im very upset and concerned. The rep showed me so many things I would never have noticed. He was blown away that the quality of the installation was that bad. I immediately called Jeremiah and then emailed him when he didn't answer or call back. It took weeks to get someone on the phone. And it wasn?t Jeremiah. It was his lead guy that called me. He told me the rep was wrong and their installation methods were fine. So I guess he knows the product better than the people who build them?? Anyway to wrap up this novel, I never got the screen I needed and hade some leaks I had to fix myself because I did not want his crew back at my house. It was the worst $13,000 I?ve ever spent. And Jeremiah is a piece of work. Great salesman but when things go bad good luck finding him.

From the sales person to the installers it was a great experience. Jeremiah the sales person explain everything well, and answered all of our questions clearly. He also came back after the installation and answered a few questions that we had! The installers were prompt and did a super job on the installation and left everything clean and neat when it was finished! We would recommend this company without hesitation!

Jeremiah, the sales rep, and the installers, Pete and Gino, were all very polite and professional. I had all the windows in my house replaced and the back door. The windows and door are great and I'm happy with the quality of the product and installation. My only two pieces of feedback would be that on the day of installation Pete and Gino showed up an hour early, and I wasn't at home since I was expecting them later, a call to let me know they were on their way and would be early would have been nice. Pete tried to match the trim around my door as best he could, but it was different. I was able to find the same trim the next weekend after some searching, wish I had gotten the trim prior to the installation. Overall, very happy with the work and would recommend this company.

Jeremiah was very knowledgeable, attentive and provided me with a great deal. the windows were installed in a timely manner. Peter and Chino were very professional and polite, the last day there was an extra crew that joined them to finish up the work but I did not feel they were as competent as Peter and Chino. They tried their best to keep things neat overall. The windows look great. I would strongly recommend them.

Jeremiah the sales person was very polite and cordial and his presentation and understood what we were looking for in a window. The installers were very experienced in window installation. They took care not to damage anything or leave a mess. A job well done. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Home Advisor and North Texas Window Solutions.

Windows are great. The sales rep was professional. I would definitely hire again if I had more windows.

Very easy from start to finish. I thought the price was fair and the quality of the work and product was excellent.
