First project was ok. Second project was a big problem. I requested a more detailed paragraph in contract describing work to be performed. Contractor refused to do so saying I had "disrespected" him. Company seemed very unprofessional.

The system never came on as programmed. When we attempted to manually water, one zone still did not work. We called and left a message for the technician that came to see us, and we have not heard anything back. We never received the estimate for the foundation watering zone either.

It was slow; it took them two to three weeks to get it done. Professionalism was good and when I call they always answer questions. They were here for the entire time but it was just a small crew; they were two to three people that's why it took so long. The people are very personable and once they work, they work until it was correct. It just took a long time because there were few people working.
