"This members comment is quite concerning to us because our Company has NO record of this address OR name in our system. Furthermore, there were no Tune Up services performed on the date listed as the member is claiming that our company was out to the address. We are left to only assume that they must have us confused with another company. In these comments listed by member, they indicate we do not guarantee our work - that is a false statement as we do take care of all our customers when they have a problem such as this not to mention that if the member originally called in a claim with their warranty company it would be covered by one or both the warranty company and the company providing the work for them. We are working with Angie's List to find out more regarding this members comments and services provided by an HVAC contractor and how they could write a false review about our company when we have never been to this members residence or have any idea who this member is."
I called and requested an inspection of the A/C unit after it started acting
intermittently. Several times the A/C unit shutoff for extended periods
allowing the temperature to rise far above the high thermostat setting.
The Air Today technician Kevin was very professional and was able to
diagnose the problem quickly which was caused by a faulty thermostat.
He replaced the old thermostat with a new programmable thermostat
and then did a complete inspection of the A/C unit. The price for the
work done was reasonable. I was very happy to get the problem
resolved quickly the same day I called Air Today. Its not good to be
without A/C in Dallas in August. Would recommend Air Today to others.
from the evaporator coil.. The tech rerouted some of the drain lines,
moved the pan around, PUT a bucket from my garage under where the leak
was and left.. The next day, water started leaking into my ceiling..
When I called Brenda, the Owner, they stated this was not there problem
and they told me to go back to the warranty company...
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with - stay away from these people they should not be in service..
