Aaron Green arrived exactly at the time of our appointment and immediately began checking out the possible sources of the clog. He attempted to unclog the sink drains and tested the sluggish toilet. Due to the construction of the plumbing, he couldn't snake out the clog underneath the sink, so he had to snake out the drain from the roof stack. He was courteous, careful not to track into the house (removing his shoes each time he came into the house), and more than willing to answer my questions and explain the problem. He had a good sense of humor and was pleasant to work with and professional. He charged me the amount he had quoted over the phone for snaking the main drain despite finding that the problem required more time than he had anticipated. I highly recommend him for plumbing services!
