Waynes price was fair.  He arrived on time and did an quality job.  He also gave me an estimate for 2 other jobs and will be returning to assist with those.  I highly recommend!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Wayne Bartlett gets a 12 from me. He was so easy to work with. He stated his costs, came on time, did all work expertly and efficiently, did not change any costs, cleaned all work areas. He even repaired a section on the back fence gate that I didn't notice for several days... thank you!

Great. Had a small problem with the installation but he came back quickly and corrected the problem. The problem was a leak along the edge that wasn't apparent until it rained.

Wayne arrived on time and conducted himself in a completely professional manner. Replacing the deadbolts and doorknobs required adapting the old cut outs to the new required sizes, and Wayne knew exactly how to accomplish it. The two new deadbolts he installed work perfectly, too.

Wayne knew what material to use for the shelves and trim so that they would match the shelves we already have. The ones he made fit just right and look like the original shelves.

In addition we had a significant draft under our front door, and at first Wayne thought he would need to install a gasket on the bottom of it. However he was able to adjust the hardware that was already on the bottom of our door to completely eliminate the draft. This saved us money.

Overall, we feel we paid a fair price for his work. We are very satisfied with the work he performed at our house, and we would use him again.

Wayne was very professional and easy to work with.  He always arrived when he said he would and  kept me advised about what was going on. He worked hard and didn't waste any time (such as talking on the phone).  I had decided not to have him repair all of the ceiling cracks right now and instead thought of some other things I wanted done, so he is coming back next week with a couple of things he needs in order to finish.  He does very good work and I am pleased with the results.

He was punctual, polite, worked hard the whole time, cleaned up everything. He applied himself to do a great job.  He put the old frame and door where the garbage collector could pick it up for us later.

Excellent work by Wayne. He was punctual and completed the job quickly.  The piece replaced perfectly fits. I would recommend Wayne and use him again.

Wayne is amazing carpenter/handyman, he does beautiful work. We have used Wayne twice so far. First time we hired Wayne he replace rotten wood on the outside of our home with Hardie board. Wow he did such a beautiful job. Showed up on time, clean up everyday. Second time we hired Wayne my husband just happen to go in the attic for something and noticed a big crack in the attic wood structure,. Call Wayne he came out had it fixed in no time. We will continue to use him when needed.

This is the first time we used Wayne and he was great.  Very professional and excellent in his work.  The price wasn't a bargain but was acceptable.  We are already planning to use him for other projects.  We highly recommend him.

I used Bartlett Home Care to replace and paint an interior door. He did an outstanding job quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely keep him in mind for any future home repair needs.

5 rafters in my attic  separated from the ridge board due to soil movement, foundation repair and settling. I had 3 other people come out and give me  bids and told me how they would fix it, which were, lazy, wrong ways. My Brother  was a  house framer in California for years, he told me how it should be done "the right way".  Wayne was the only one that knew how to do the job "the right way", and his price was really fair. Just talking with him you know he is an honest guy with integrity, he personable and professional, his skilled, and  knows his trade very well. I would highly recommend Wayne Bartlett anytime, I feel absolutely confident the job is right.

Since we have been trying to get a handyman out here for months, the fact that Mr. Bartlett was quick to respond to our inquiry and on time for the scheduled estimate day, we were already partially satisfied. Due to my being disabled, a lot of the items we wanted done were very minor chores that many "handyman" simply don't do. However, Mr. Bartlett informed me that he has several wheelchair-bound clients and so fully understands their needs. On the day scheduled to do the work he showed up on time, started with the outside stuff in order to allow me to get showered and dressed undisturbed, he then came inside and figured out a logical progression through the jobs in the house and progressed rapidly through them. He had the tools, experience, and made short work of a pile of jobs that had been frustrating us for so long. 
Not only do I feel better in knowing that I now have someone I can reliably call on when I have small things that just need to be done, but I also intend to have Mr. Bartlett give me estimates on a couple of larger projects around the house, as I now feel that I have found someone that I can trust with such jobs.

Mr. Bartlett was great. Arrived on time and made every effort to repair my doorbell. Unfortunately it required an electrician to fix it and Mr. Bartlett honestly admitted his license didn't allow that kind of work. He did not charge me for the visit. Very pleasant to work with. Would use again if I weren't moving.

My whole experience was extremely positive.  During my initial phone call I was able to obtain a very short notice service date and full price quote for installing the two attic ladders.  I asked about hanging the braces for the rings during my service appointment and Wayne immediately handled that also at very minimal additional cost.  The full cost for all items came in exactly at the quoted price with work done at top quality.   High quality work, prompt arrival and completion, and very professional.  I definitely recommend.

Wayne Bartlett installed two 8-foot long adjustable shelves across the back wall of my new Tuff Shed in my back yard. I planned to use the new shed to store all of my gardening equipment and supplies, and I needed shelves for pots, fertilizer, etc.   I had considered having Tuff Shed add the shelving, but their shelving was not adjustable so I decided to add the shelves after the shed was setup.  
Bartlett Home Care & Repair did a great job.  Wayne came out promptly to review the project with me and discuss several options. He then provided an estimate that included the cost of the materials and his labor, and we set an appointment for one week later for the actual installation.  He showed up right on time and had all of the materials, parts and equipment needed to complete the job.
Since the Tuff Shed had 5 vertical 2x4's placed edge-on across the back wall, he nailed plywood across the 2x4's and then screwed adjustable shelf hardware through the plywood to the 2x4's and placed 12" deep wood shelves across the brackets.  My new shelves are very sturdy and solid, and they work great to hold all of my smaller miscellaneous gardening supplies, pots and baskets.
Wayne did a marvelous job.  The final price was exactly what he had quoted, and he finished the entire job exactly when he said he would.  I highly recommend him for handyman services and carpentry work.  I'll definitely use him again.
