The doc tried to sell us a wellness plan. Also tried to have us do a chest xray on a healthy dog. (no benefit in this at all). Just an excuse to generate more money and commission in my opinion. We were charged $18.95 for the shot (no issues with this) We were charged $39.95 for the exam (which the dog didn't need) They also charged a $3.20 Medical waste disposal fee. There were no quality of care issues. When we called the facility they told us the shot would be good for three years, however they only approved a year for the shot since we we just past a year on the old shot. The same shot is used for one year as three years.My issues are I was not informed of the medical required and I was told prior to the medical that the rabies shot would be good for three years When I discussed the issue with the manager , he laughed at me. when I told him I was going to call their main office, He laughter and said it won't do any good

It was fine, she just needs to have her teeth cleaned, we'll do that later. They're always great.

I have been happy with them. They are associated with PetSmart. I am on their health care plan. Great customer service, you can tell they really care about the animals. They basically care about your pets.

They are very professional and it's easy to get an appointment there. They seem to really know a lot about animals. Their interaction with my cat is terrific.
