Dave came out have a quote. When w were ready to plaster he was going to be out if town so we delayed plaster until he would be back. Had the pool plastered and filled and when I called for start up on a Monday he said he couldn't get to is until Friday. Very disappointed since we delayed everything just for him. Ended up going with custom pools and they have gone above and beyond.

David educated us on the types of finishes and the options available, explained the work to be done and taught me how to keep my pool water balanced after the work was done. I had pcked the wrong tile number from the catalog and when the tile was delivered my wife was not happy . I emailed David with the problem and the next day he showed up with the new tiles and told me not to worry about the other tiles as he would use them on subsequent jobs. Once the job was complete David stopped by to help me with the chemicals and to make sure we had the correct balance to prevent scaling.

We could not expect any greater service response. We have recommended B and H Pools to several people who stopped by to admire their work. We are very happy and proud of our pool, and all other work we have asked them to provide. You can't go wrong if you want a quality pool! Give David a call.
