 + -1 moreDave came out have a quote. When w were ready to plaster he was going to be out if town so we delayed plaster until he would be back. Had the pool plastered and filled and when I called for start up on a Monday he said he couldn't get to is until Friday. Very disappointed since we delayed everything just for him. Ended up going with custom pools and they have gone above and beyond.

 + -1 moreDavid educated us on the types of finishes and the options available, explained the work to be done and taught me how to keep my pool water balanced after the work was done. I had pcked the wrong tile number from the catalog and when the tile was delivered my wife was not happy . I emailed David with the problem and the next day he showed up with the new tiles and told me not to worry about the other tiles as he would use them on subsequent jobs. Once the job was complete David stopped by to help me with the chemicals and to make sure we had the correct balance to prevent scaling.
Description of Work: We purchased a home with a 20+year old pool that had been painted several times. David explained the process to bring the pool up to current standards, and the differences between the basics and the nice to have features. Once we agreed on the work David and his teams were on time and did a great job for me. We had the deck redone, the pool sand blasted and replastered and all the inlets and lights etc. replaced. David also took the time to replumb my newly installed filter system which was plumbed incorrectly by the big box pool company I had used. As a novice pool owner I would highly recommend B&H pools as a company that will give you personal service where the company owner (David) does some of the work and is on site every step of the way.Very Very satisfied.

 + -1 moreWe could not expect any greater service response. We have recommended B and H Pools to several people who stopped by to admire their work. We are very happy and proud of our pool, and all other work we have asked them to provide. You can't go wrong if you want a quality pool! Give David a call.
Description of Work: B & H Pools built our pool after we moved into our new home. This was something I was not expecting to enjoy doing, but David Elliott with B & H Pools, and all his contractors, made it a very pleasant adventure. This was 6 1/2 years ago. The pool has been wonderful. Every time we've called David for anything, he has always been very professional and has made us very happy. We just recently had him reroute some of the wireless controls for the pool equipment (wish computers worked as well as our pool). Again, a great outcome.

 + -1 moreI ended up using another company to repair my leaks.
Description of Work: Received a quote for fixing two leaks, however B&H Pools withdrew the proposal since I didn't want to buy electric parts from them. When I asked the price for the parts, B&H Pools told me they would send me an invoice. When the invoice arrived, I was charged triple the retail price. I was planning to hire them for fixing the leaks, however, after this incident occurred I was concerned about the professionalism and quality of work.

Description of Work: B&H Pools Inc did the deck, redid the inside of the pool and took out the diving board. They also laid a new side walk.
