B Clean Windows

I talked to either the owner or representative about getting my windows cleaned within the week as we had to cancel with another company who couldn't fit us in quickly enough. The person I spoke with asked a few questions and provided an estimate. It was over $100 more than what we were going to pay the other cleaner. He quickly got attitude and would not check his calendar to see if they could even meet our needs without me saying that we were ok with the price. I was in dire need of the cleaning and at the end of the day would have been ok with the higher price as it is hard to get a window cleaner in short notice but lost business due to his lack of professionalism. If someone can't take two seconds to tell you their availability how well are they really going to do cleaning windows?

Initial contact by phone to Paul's cell. He was there in less than an hour to give estimate. It was less than two others, and I was impressed with his sincerity and expressed intent to do quality work. Next day he arrived and spent 5 hours cleaning a lot of gutters. Did a good job. Took away all the trash. He understands that he is in a competitive business and tries to give more than your dollar's worth. Paul is experienced and genuine. No BS
