Jason from Autoscope was very professional and kept me apprised of all the work that needed to be done. I had let the maintenance on my 2002 Audi A6 neglected for a long time and a number of fault conditions were present. Autoscope corrected them all and was a lot less expensive than the Audi dealer would have been. They corrected the ABS fault condition which two other shops in the area couldn't. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Autoscope team and will definitely use them in the future.

It went well. Their customer service person was fantastic and they're great. I like the professionalism and they have wonderful communication skills and they're very reliable but they're expensive.

My treasured 1996 Porsche 911 (50,000 miles) had been sitting in the garage and had not been driven for 9 years. I'd procrastinated getting it back on the road fearing a huge bill for engine part replacement. Carson at Autoscope was fantastic. He reviewed what may have to be done and gave me a worst case scenario, which I appreciated. In 2 days they conducted a thorough diagnosis (the result was much better than I anticipated). They "cleaned out" the engine, gave it a complete tune up (checked brakes electrical etc), redid the rims, and rebuilt the broken odometer/speedometer. To save me money, Carson led me to an online source for the tires he recommended. The parts and labor was less than half of what I'd pay a dealer to do the same. Throughout the process, Carson test drove the car and kept me informed. He responded to my calls and emails promptly. Best of all he really loves his work and Porsches. The process was painless, and the all in cost was $3,300, and the job was completed in 7 days.

Auto scope did a fabulous job on my car. It is hard to trust auto repair shops because of Angie's List I felt so confident choosing them. Will always use them.

After several visits and much frustration, I finally enlisted the help of my neighbor whom is a Park Place mechanic quickly determined the problem and corrected it in a matter of minutes. It was an Audi vehicle and we both assumed Autoscope should have known how to fix this error fault.

I'm new to Dallas, TX don't know who to trust with my car. BMW shops are hard to find (and trust). I called several shops, referred by one to Autoscope. They are professional, efficient. forthcoming and fair. Expensive but worth it.

I needed my rear shocks on my Mazda RX8 replaced, and found the shocks I wanted via Tirerack.com and the price I wanted. However, several locals shops I called that had done work on my car before wouldn't allow me to buy the shocks from Tirerack and have them just do the installation. I get that shops typically need to make money on the parts too, but in some cases the cost of the shocks were nearly double. The Tirerack site provided a list of authorized shops that would do the install, and Autoscope was listed, however, I knew from past research they were primarily a European sports car shop, and didn't really do work on Japanese brands. I decided to give them a call anyway and spoke with Jason who was extremely helpful and there wasn't any issue with doing the service on my Mazda. The process could not have been easier. I purchased the shocks on Tirerack and had them shipped directly to Autoscope. Jason called me a few days later when the shocks arrived, and setup an appointment to have the work done. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, they were kind enough to give me a ride back to my house, and the car was ready by lunchtime. Super smooth with no hassle. Quality work and quality people that is worth paying for!

I received an estimate from Nerces before bringing in my MINI. It was in line with other estimates I obtained. Scheduled an appointment. Jason was very helpful on arrival, kept me up to date through out the day and waited for me at the end of the day to pick up the car. Everything went as prescribed and my car is running great. I hopefully will not need their services again but if I do I would trust them with the work.

The service turned out really well. I would recommend them because they are more of a tuner as opposed to just a service shop.

Shop around before using them for your luxury car maintenance, try the dealership first and then use them as Plan B.
