I purchased a "fixer upper" in Plano because it had good bones. Two days after moving in the A/C evaporation line clogged and water started flowing inside. I called four different plumbers and Ardent was the most responsive, very pleasant to work with, have a great online system for scheduling that keeps you updated and did all of the work to my complete satisfaction. The original estimate was for $210, the final cost was $641 and I'm ok with that because: 1. The A/C line had been worked on before was bad and had to be replaced, 2. There were actually three clogs of which two were in the A/C line and one was in the main drain line, 3. I had all three main drain lines snaked, cleaned and flushed to be safe, 3. The updated drain line has a clear pipe now so that I can see the flow which was a great recommendation by the tech, 4. He also flushed a couple of slow flowing drains. Overall he was there for almost 5 hours and fixed the original issue, fixed some other issues I wanted fixed, and explained the rough add-on charge at each new step. I would definitely use them again.

Best experience we've ever had with a contractor. We had a leak right up against the meter can, which is in a very difficult place to work on. Kevin came out accessed the situation and got after it, he uses all the latest plumbing technologies. Ardent will be our go to plumber for all our needs in the future. 

Received a referral for this company from a community garage sale site.  I wasn't disappointed.  They were on time and explained all my options.  Very professional.  Extremely pleased with the service.  Will definitely use them again.

We had a major plumbing emergency at our house and our regular plumber couldn't get her fast, so we called Kevin at Ardent Plumbing. We have a neighborhool online newsletter and had seen other neighbors recommend him, so we felt we wouldn't be disappointed. That's an understatement! Kevin got here in less than 30 mins. and managed to clear the blockage, which had created a horrible sewage backup in all our tubs/showers and toilets (6 different items) and he did this in 1/2 hr. and might I add, all outside in the heat.  He was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, priced more reasonably than our regular plumber, and assured us he would "take care of the problem" as soon as we met him at the door. He was a life saver and he is now our "regular" plumber. We're so thankful for skilled and honest trades people and of course, for Angie's List.  This will be the first review for Ardent Plumbing on Angie's List and we are happy to add them to Angie's List... a great place for people to share their reviews....good and bad!
