They are great. They really love my pets. They are very accommodating. I like that they are open on Saturdays half a day and they really accommodate your schedule. They are very loving to my dogs. They are just a little more expensive but you get what you pay for.

We use them a lot a times and they are excellent. We felt all of them are very caring and knowledgeable. They got the online update system that's put in place now, so we can actually kind of keep up all my pets. The staff is all friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. The vets are all expensive these days, and in comparison to other ones they are good.

They had been our regular vet for years. Even though their prices were extremely high, we wanted to use them if at all possible because they were right around the corner. When one of our pets got sick and we had to take her to the secondary vet at Arbor Hills. Every interaction we've had with him has been dissatisfactory. As good as the primary vet is, the secondary vet is equally disappointing. Every time we took our dogs to be treated by the secondary vet, they either didn't get better or they actually got worse. As high as the prices were at Arbor Hills, we decided to go to another vet clinic. We LOVED Sherry the groomer at Arbor Hills! Not only did the dogs love her, but she did an exceptional job every time. Her prices are reasonable. We wanted to continue using her. The vet will allow you to make appointments with Sherry if you are not going to their clinic. However, at the last minute they will call you and tell you it's impossible for their groomer to keep the appointment if you do not use their vet to get your dog's shots updated with them before the appointment. Twice I provided proof that the dog's were not due for their shots, but had them updated at another vet. Once I even had the other vet fax over the shot record directly. The vet staff would state that it didn't matter. I finally got tired of dealing with the office staff and gave up.

As always, veterinarians are a little pricey, but it is really nothing to complain about because they do such a great job. They are always friendly and make sure to answer all of my questions. They are great with the animals and I have never had any problems.
