It was very good.  He was very prompt, got the job done very quickly and efficiently.

We were led to believe a repair by Maytag would be reasonable, but it turned out to be bait and switch. Donnie, on the other hand, did not have the part, so we had to wait, but he told us straight out what we could expect.

.It was excellent service. They came out on time and took care of it for a reasonable price.

Did a thorough diagnostic checkout of old washer including all parts needing to be replaced. Told me he could definitely fix it and then told me NOT TO HAVE IT DONE. It was not worth the money. He told me point blank - buy a new washer. His advice went exactly opposite to his immediate personal economic interest. I will call his company again whenever I need major work done.

There were no problems when working with them.

**This repair was covered under a home warranty service, hence the cost of $60.** Mr. Ketchens responded promptly to the service request and even wanted to schedule me quite quickly for the visit. I was out of town, so I had to put him off for a couple of days. He gave me a 4 hour time window, then called the morning of the visit to say he was on his way. He set to work diagnosing the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. Apparently this is a common repair, so he carries a few of the cables with him. (This was not the case with a previous company for the exact same problem a few months before.) He showed me the broken part and and how it had failed. As he was wrapping up the work, he gave me alot of great information on the appropriate cycle to use and some of the dishwasher products he prefers. Overall, this was a wonderful repair visit and I will definitely use him for future repairs once our home warranty expires in a few months.

It turned out it was not broken & he explained to me exactly how it worked. He went above and beyond to tell me things about the appliance I did not know.
