called one day and they were out the next and were able to fix it at the quoted cost and in a reasonable amount of time

Took a couple trips to get the right part, but they kept me updated and fixed as promptly as possible.

I first called them to fix my LG washing machine that was making a horrible noise during spinning and draining. I got an answering machine and had to call them back to set up an appointment. The service man that came out was very knowledgeable and did a great job. It is due to his work that I gave them a D overall and a C on Quality. My dishwasher stopped working and I called them again. Once again I had to leave a message. The service man that came out was disappointing after my previous experience. He had to take off the front of the dishwasher, which is stainless steel. He has a very large ring of keys he wears around his neck and the dishwasher door kept rubbing against his keys while he was trying to remove it. I had to mention it 3 times I was concerned his keys were going to scratch it before he threw them around his neck to his back. He guessed it was the control board. I wasn't confident in his diagnosis and did not like his attitude. I discussed this with the company and learned he is the only one that works on KitchenAid. I didn't want to lose the money I had already paid for the service call, so let them complete the work. They sent someone else out, who replaced the control board and as I suspected it didn't work. I gave up using them, and told them I was going to dispute the charges. They gave me a credit on all the fees they charged.
